App is easy to use

App is easy to use. At first I was not sure whether the PDF documents uploaded on the APP were received in order. Second time around I was more comfortable. My recent claims were resolved in very short time, which is excellent service. I had to claim twice in a short space because of damaged devices and three times including my house glass door in a space of 3-4 months. Not once I was challenged or felt intimidated. I’m very happy with first for women, there is just no doubt. Excellent service. I’m giving a 4 star as I believe there is always a room for improvement.
