Another week and my complaint still not resolved

This is my last complain regarding FFW. They call and promise all the time to chase up my case regarding the rectification of my car and will get back to me and they don't. I will now take this up with OSTI. I'm tired of fighting a losing battle then after i will look for better insurance.
