I was in a motor vehicle accident in December 2023 and I just wanted to appreciate the absolutely outstanding service that I received. The insurance company paid the claim, gave the authorisation to the panelbeater, and arranged a courtesy car for me within a period of 24 hours. I had to wait for the panelbeater to open in January 2024 though, but I wanted to compliment you on the excellent service I received. I can't remember the names of all the people I spoke to, they would know who they are, but thanks so much for your time and effort and professionalism in managing and finalising my claim.
