Annoyed ex-customer

On the evening of 7 June 2025 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I reported it immediately and submitted all the required documents as requested. I had to follow up on the progress of my claim almost on a daily basis as I did not receive feedback. Eventually my vehicle was written off, which I accepted. It took time for the payout to be done. On the 4 July 2025 I was contacted and transferred to the cancellations department as the premium for July was debited on the 1 July 2025 even though the vehicle was written off. I was told a refund will be due to me. On the 9 July 2025 I called and again to follow up on the refund and was advised that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in my account. I called again on the 21 July 2025 to follow up on this refund and I was told that the matter escalated and that Thanduxolo will call me back with feedback. Today I called again and Lesego was going to find out from Thanduxolo what feedback he had received and the call cut. I am so annoyed with 1st for Women and will not return to them for services neither would I recommend anyone to take out insurance with them.
