Annoyed

I joined this 1st4women in Dec 2015, my premiums were already high as I was a first time vehicle driver, resided in Cullinan and i just received my drivers license. The agent told me my premiums would be low/ readjusted when they track my years of driving, claims and how well I drive. I have claimed once for my windscreen to be replaced which was useless to begin with, because the access amount was R800 from 1st4women and at glass fit it was exactly the same amount. Nonetheless, i haven't claimed for anything or have any damage- instead of them reducing my premiums they have actually increased again. I really don't like this insurance at all it is the worst. If a payment is skipped you cant make payments elsewhere and bank charges are R100 which is ridiculous and they charge a further R100 which means i pay an additional R200. It's a total waste of my money. I am waiting for four years to be over so I can atleast recieve 25% of my premiums back before I switch to a different insurance. Nonsense
