****** annoyed!!!

I really don't know what to do anymore. 1st for women keeps falsely debiting me! I have had my cover with you for sooo long, and only to be experiencing so many issues right now. My premium for both my car insurance and my scratch and dent cover. I called in to settle both of these on the 29th of Aug. R1090 for my car insurance went off and R164 for my Vap service went off. On the 3rd of Sept, I called in to change my debit date for all services to the 1st of every month effective from the 1st of October. I was told that was done and they offered me Tyre and rim service which I opted for and advised that it should be from the 1st of Oct. On the 5th of Sept, I get debited R264 which I didn't authorize because I have already paid for scratch and dent and the Tyre and rim was supposed to be effective from next month!! I called in on the 10th of Sept and explained all of this again to Raquel (I think that was her name). She then said she wpuld escalate it and someone would be in contact. Until today, nobody has bothered to contact me. Instead I get a debit order order of R954!! What the hell is going on!!?? What is that for? I would like to be reimbursed R105 for my unpaid bank fee and please...can the dam Tyre and rim service because it's bringing so much issues. I never had these kinds of issues before. Now you guys just want to go into my bank account and do as you please!!!
