Angry third party claimer

I'm Magdeline Matlou my car was damaged by their client on the 16th Feb 2023, it's been 6 weeks now and haven't been settled though I did the third party claim and submitted everything they wanted. They gave me a settlement amount that I wasn't happy with but cause I'm tired and doesn't want drama I agreed but no money has been deposited yet into my account and my job requires a car. Funny they said everything will take a month but still nothing. Please help.
