angry disappointed client

wow i must say i very disappointed with 1st for women insurance i have put a claim on my portable possessions insurance they refused to pay money lost while i have unspecified cover they refused as for my lost car keys they still working on it 3rd week now it was supposed to be the first thing they onlu rushed to pay me 700 rand on a claim that cost R5000 PLUS... I have insuted my car with them i dont know if the refuse to pay small amount whats gonna happen if something happen to my car -- its a **** shame
