Angry and disappointed Customer

I'm disgusted with the poor and pathetic level of service received from First for women. I joined the insurance as I believed that first for women is a good reputable company that understands and caters for females, and that they would go the extra mile during accidents. I have always ensured my premiums are up to date. However, it has been a horrible experience claiming from first for women thus *****he poor communication and delay has been unreasonable and unpleasant. It took the company 2 months to approve of my claim,without providing proper communication. after the numerous calls I had made to the company to no avail, I then had to contact the dealership to provide feedback on my vehicle report. They have approved of my claim however I have not received my new vehicle and they insist that they cannot extend the car hire. This is unreasonable as I will be left stranded without a vehicle. I would not recommend the insurance to any female due to the above reasons.
