Amazing service from Lucinda

Just a little note to say how efficient, friendly and prompt Mrs Lucinda Daniels has been in helping me settle the small matter of a ****** bicycle.<br> I could hear the smile in her voice when she spoke to me-she was incredibly polite and friendly throughout and got my claim settled in no time. She did not make me feel like she was doing me a favour which is so often the case with call centres. rather, she was offering excellent service.<br> Her service should serve as an example to all call centre employees.
