Amazing service

I was so impressed with Ffw.I called in to the road assistance department as my car battery was flat and I couldn’t move.Furthermore my phone battery was flat and I did not have a charger with me.The lady who assisted me Lirandzu/Lerato was amazingly helpful as she explained the process and assured me that help is on the way.During that, my phone died and she could not contact me,I was worried and did not think they would be able to find me but in about 30 minutes time, to my suprise,a gentleman sent by ffw found me and assisted.I was truly wowed by the service.Thank you! The consultant was so professional and empathetic.She even called in later to check up on me as she was worried when my phone died and could not not be reached.I have never experienced such great service!
