Amazing, empathatic, sensitive professional staff!

I want to compliment First for Women for employing such great people. Firstly, Thelma: I was a traumatised, fragile, emotional wreck when I called to check whether I was covered for what I underwent. From the very beginning, Thelma handled the query and subsequent claim with patience and understanding. She went beyond her job by offering me advice in my situation and encouraging me. In fact, she was the first person who brought a smile back to my face after the incident because I was in no condition to smile or laugh after what happened to me. Not only that, she also motivated me to return to the steering wheel again because I was too scared to do so. I cannot describe adequately how this made me feel and what effect her words had on me. Truly, I wish there was a way I could say Thank you to her. I hope that she is promoted soon because she has all the qualities needed in a person for a leadership position. I want to also thank Sindi, who took my call today and helped me with good advice for future use. She too was so patient, helpful and kind.
