Am I really taken first ?

<p>After the nightmare I went through with my vehicle accident and being abused by the driver that hit my car First for woman refered me to a Panelbeater that doesnt communicate when I complained evetually complained first for woman eventaully shiffed the blame to the panelbeater who are still not communicating- they promised a courtesy car on the 8th of June and it was just that A PROMISE and even today im waiting for that car that was suppose to be delivered before 4pm. I feel as if i'm not being taken first or seriosly and Its an inconvinience and a nightmare and everyday promises are made. All I want and all I ask for is Car which was suppose to be delivered after 14 days- is that a lot to ask for?, Can I just get my car back if not can I atleat get progress on my car? That is ALL I ask for why do I have to be treated like this for something im paying for? </p>
