All they do is deduct my money for non-service

<p>On 8 August I wrote the below review and the business responded but they never came back to me with the solution and explainantion they promised and yet o n the 25th Aug 2016 they going to deduct my money again for non-service, all they care about is my money but they are not attending my matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 21/06 I sent an email to Justin (AdminPuls) about my phone having problems, 22/06 Dan Bennet asked my phone for assessment and it was fetched on 23/06 and 27/06 Dan sent me a report saying my phone's LCD is broken so I forfeited warrantly and I explained to him that my phone LCD was not broken as that was not the issue with the phone and I sent an email to Justin on 28/06 and 4/07 with no response complaining to him that the people who assessed my phone said my LCD was broken and I am disputing that, 12/07 I spoke and sent an email to Abongile (AdminPlus) who escalated the matter to her supervisor and the supervisor (Aqeeda Gereen) could not hear a word I was saying and she just rehected everything I was saying telling me about their "supplier" on 14/07 then 18/07 she sent me an email with what she was saying on the 14/07, 29/07 I sent all the emails to Thandi Manganyi who since last week I cannot get hold of noone seems to know her and they keep transferring me to department to department and noone seems to know how to go about my issue, I do not want to talk to AdminPlus as I habe no business with them I have a business with First for women and they have been debiting my account with their premium but when it is time to help me they are nowhere to be find and they did this with my first claim. Today I spoke to Courtney who gave me a number which no longer exists and i explained to her my problem but stil. Imagine all these people I have delt with none of them has tried ti help all they did is send me back and forth.</p>
