All talk no action insurance company

Once again, after 6 years of being a loyal client who pays her premiums on time, I am once again disappointed by your failure to attend a matter that I have raised more than 4 times already.

My vehicle was booked in for repairs on the 9th of October 2017 with Auto Magic in Westmead ( a service provider outsourced by First for Women) and till date the only update that I have received from them is that they are awaiting parts for my vehicle. I have called the service provider on numerous occassions to ask why I was asked to book in my vehicle if parts were not yet sourced. The response was that parts cannot be approved by First for Women prior to me bringing in my vehicle for repairs, which I found strange because I have repaired my vehicle with Auto Magic in Central Durban & never had this issue, they asked me to bring in my vehicle once they had sourced the parts.

Everytime I call First for Women, the consultants tell me that the fault is not on First for Womens part but on Auto Magic & when I call Auto Magic, I get told the delays are with First for Women. So the idiot is me!

My contract is not with Auto Magic, it is with First for Women & I am disgusted at the way that they are handling my case. My car hire for 15 days is expiring on Tuesday (24 October 2017) & Auto Magic does not have courtesy vehicle & the non chalant response that I got from First for Womens consultant is that maybe they can arrange a discount for additional car hire with Europcar. Excuse me!??? How is this mess my fault? I anticipated that this would happen which is why I flagged it every 3rd day but it fell on deaf ears.

I would like to know what exactly First for Women is going to do to resolve this mess that they have put me in because they have contracted an *********** service provider to repair my vehicle. I will not be paying for any additional car hire. If this matter is not resolved, I will be left with no other option but to take it further.

Good day First For Women Team. During which office hours can I expect to be contacted? As the day has passed and no one from your company has bothered to contact me. Once again, all talk no action.
