All customer personal info available to anyone

Today I received a surprising e-mail where my ex-wife accessed information and payments made into my account given to her by First for Women staff. How is it possible that this is happening? Mariana Wilken has no right to access any information, yet this was given to her!!!! isn't there a clause that no information will be given with the customer's conscent, or not at all? An amount of R68 000 was paid out to me, for the claim for the ceilings, and now it was told to her, who was not the payer of the policy, it was for the roof?????? How does it happen that false information are given out to non-policy holders, and any information whatsoever????? this is a warning to anybody that wants to do business with First for Women Insurance. Don't do it. Nothing is confidential, and anyone will have access to your personal information. No wonder I got myself another insurer, as this one is just proofing how unreliable they are!!!!
