After sales service on motor warranty plan

Unfortunately poor communication I keep getting e mails since Wednesday requesting a lot of things that need to be sent in Motech Potchefstroom where my car is is an accredited MRI Dealers affiliated with 1st For Woman already emailed the relevant documents the previous week and also again on Wednesday this week but to Na avail I e mailed the company yesterday and requested that they please check their e mails from Motech .Hope they found it as I neither Motech can get through the call centre afters house of trying our best I get phone calls from a 929 number but as soon as I reply the line go dead and then immediately when I dial back the line is just busy On Tuesday this week I was in meetings most of the day So I couldn't take calls I explained that per email because I got an email on Wednesday that they tried to phone me I emailed back and then had the call from the 020 number that just went dead when I rep**** I also e mailed details of my alternative number I sincerely hope that we can meet halfway and get this matter sorted It will be much appreciated
