Additional R65 on my car insurance

For the last three months if not more I have had R65 debited extra on my car insurance. I called and spoke to a gentlemen when this started and he said I will be refunded in 3 to 5 days. I never got the refund. Last month I reversed the R65, this month I am debited R806 instead of R743. Please refund me this and stop this nonsense.I had a broker for a month and that is what they R65 related to but this was for one month and canceled it succesfully. This is now exhausting.
