Additional debit orders

I've been contacted by a consultant from FFW in January if I am not mistaken. This was to reactivate my value added services or scratch and dent repairs. I've been told that there will be no extra charges as it's been deactivated by mistake, however since January I've been debited twice from FFW with different references. After the first debit order I've responded to the email I received from FFW with my amended package, informing FFW that this should be cancelled with immediate effect as I did not agree to another payment for this service.

I also received a call from a consultant and reported this. The consultant advised that she will get someone from the correct department to call me back for assistance.

I require this scratch and dent "policy" to be cancelled immediately and for all funds debited from my account to be refunded ASAP.
