ACCOUNT STILL SHOWS ACTIVE ON CREDIT PROFILE
I had car insurance with 1st for Women which I cancelled in the month of June and to my surprise on my credit profile this account still shows active with an amount of R1 028.24 . I need this account to be removed and updated accordingly as this is decreasing my score unnecessarily.
