Accident car gone 6 weeks no courtesy car!

y vehicle was involved in a car accident on 2 March 2015. Damage was minor but cars wheel balancing was off so they said I must rather have it towed to DBN from a small town north of DBN to be fixed. It took over a week to get a quote for damages another week for them to book my car in and another 2 weeks for them to get parts and now they say they want they courtesy vehicle back because my 30 days car hire has lapsed & i must pay for my own hired vehicle now. To add insult to injury they said they won't fit my car with original parts but some generics. What on earth is this insurance for?? Of what use? Bad, bad service. I wouldn't wish this insurance on my worst, unvalued item. Seriously? Its to trick women into low premiums and sub-par service. <br> <br> Radue
