ACCIDENT AND EXCESS REFUND

I was an innocent party involved in a bumper bashing Nov/Dec 2014. Leonard instituted the claim against the first party for a refund of my excess. Leonard made continuous follow up with the insurance company and kept me fully updated at all times. <br> <br> Due to me being diagnosed with cancer last year, and having to co pay towards expensive treatment, Leonard was instrumental in organizing for my refund to be done from First for Women whilst they continue with their claim.<br> <br> His empathy in understanding my predicament and his foresight to go the extra mile for me was awesome, especially in today's environment where no one seems to care anymore.<br> <br>
