accident
i had an accident about a month ago, and i reported the claim to first for women. since i got only 2 calls from them and they all promised to call me back by last week Tuesday. nothing has happened as yet, and now my car is the towing company accumulating storage costs and the courtesy car i have its suppose to be for 30 days. and they dont call to update me. i sent emails, when i call i hold forever. and i cant afford to stay without a car. please help me
