ACCESS RECOVERY

In 2024 my car was involved in a car accident. A company bakkie bumped into me. The driver was fortunately very cooperative and agreed to the damaged he caused. We went to the police station and got all the relevant documentation. I processed my claim so that I can quickly get my car fixed because the damage was small but it still needed a lot of work where the bumper had to be replaced. I paid an access fee of 7500 as per my contract. 1st for women then proceeded with trying to recover my access which has proven to be a disaster! I’m utterly disappointed in the service because for the past 2 years I have been chasing them for feedback, only to be given dissatisfactory feedback especially when all the required information was provided. I’ve accepted that I have lost my accent because of date is still do not have my money back. I have finally cancelled my membership and never again will I do business with 1st for Woman!
