Access increase with no Notification

Signed up with 1st for woman in April 2013 at an access of R3600 for a Polo Vivo. In Feb 2014, my access amount was increased to R9350 without any type of notification to me. I now put in a claim for a minor accident to my car and was told that I had to pay in an Access of R11400. After 45 mins on the phone with 6 consultants on 09/09/15, not one of them could justify that increase and was told that the manager will call me back. I'm still waiting. I then asked for my policy to be cancelled, was rudely cut off , and 5 mins later receive an e mail saying that my policy will be cancelled due to the fact that I cannot afford it. Also, I was asked to take my car in to their centre for a quote, and was told that they would replace my door with a 2nd hand one for R6543, which didnt really matter because my claim was denied anyway. Its one thing advertising all the good you do for Womens Organisations, with the money that we support you with, but you cannot even look after your own clients. I am cancelling this policy because of the ********* behaviour and lies portrayed by the company...
