Access!!
I am not happy about the service First for women gave me. I gave in a claim and they told me i have to pay an access of R9000 which i said from the beginning i do not want an access. I have asked for the telephonic conversation a month ago, no one has communicated with me and still my car is not fixed. I am not happy, i pay every month for this policy and it is sad that i do not benefit from it. Today i even cancelled the insurance because i am just paying without benefiting
