Absolutely terrible service

I was in a accident with a client of 1st for women. Their client has taken full responsibility for their actions leading to the accident however only 60% of the claim is been offered iv called in to dispute this offer only to be given the worst possible service. I asked who will assist with my dispute only to be told no one "notes will be put on the system I then asked who will address it and was told no one . To start off I was disputing the offer but now I'm quite irate about the terrible service. I was told its my legal right to go to the ombudsmen or get a lawyer. Iv spoken to 3 or 4 different people n was just basically chased away. I definitely will go to the ombudsman n tell everyone that I know, of the terrible service. I'm quite shocked at the lack of empathy shown towards a potential client by the legal department.I was told I didn't follow the rule of some act I then asked how do they know. The agent said I need to prove that I did. Shocking so who makes the these decisions or is it just drawn from a hat.if they say I didn't do it they surly must have proof they then tell me I must get the proof so how did they come up with this decision. Who investigated.. Apparently its my job to investigate go figure.. Today I called was told a manager will call me after I request this.. I'll be back to let yourl know if I get that call.. I wnt hold my breath tho. The agents at legal department lack customer service.
