ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have been trying to cancel my account with you'll frm the beginning of the month finally spoke to an agent that advised she was the manager only to find out the manager was on leave.

Was promised compensation for July 24 hrs frm the23 ntn happened....I sent a fellow up email to Nthabiseng Mochampi that promised me via email that her manager wu is back from leve already processed my refund and I should expect payment today but still ntn... I also requested proof of payment which was not provided..on top of that my debit order still ran for this month wonder how long it will take for them to pay me back my money....I request Nthabisengs manager to call me I hope she does.

The service this company provides is absolutely dissatisfying and to think we trust time with out valuables it's quite questionable are they really after your money or are they actually providing a honest service to people.

I will like feedback Or this matter will be taken even father.
