Absolutely Brilliant Customer Journey experienced!!

The last advisor I spoke to from First for women this morning was absolutely brilliant. I cant remember her name and hope she is reward in some way.

Since I agreed to come to First for women. I have gotten the worste and frustrating service from your advisors. Ranging from incorrect information and declining me to claim for break in that took place in my home. Since then, there waa multiple calls dropped on me and you advisors prior to todays call didnt bother to call me back. On one of the calls I was actually in tears because I was getting no resolve or an explanation. Most recently I had lost my car keys in the mall and when calling for assistance advisor keep dropping the calls and I have kept calling back as I was in a panic and reason i kept calling back to your call center,. Based on historical experience. Non of your advisors bothered to call me back.

All of the bad customer experiences listed above. I was genuinely wanting to leave first for women and strongly would NOT recommend First for women to anyone.

However, calling this morning. The agent I spoke too. Omw! Just WOW. She was so patient with me and answered all my questions clearly leaving no room for me to ask additional questions to gain clarity.

She took her time to explain process and there was no rush. She made sure I understood before moving on. She made me feel so comfortable and the way she relayed information. I felt confident that I can trust this women. She treated me like a person.

Gosh! She impressed me so much that I left the call with an increase to my monthly payments when the intension to my call was to cancel or have it degreed.

I hope this survey is linked to her performance for the month adding to her commision and her Quality Assessor and her manager rewards her for a brilliant customer journey.
