ABSOLUTE DISASTER TO DEAL WITH 1st FOR WOMEN

Im still awaiting for you guys to assist with a problem which i had on the 27th of Dec 2021. Its now February 2022 and still no one can help.No one even had the decency to acknowledge my emails.. All these months you guys got paid but when its time for you guys to assist and help then it is such a problem. I keep phoning in spending my time( almost more than 30 minutes per call) to follow up only for the consultants to say the manager is not in.... or theres no one to assist they will call us back... I was told that you guys will do a payment of R3750,00 yet i spent over 10k out of my own pocket and yet i still paid my insurance every month... Yet when we needed help You guys did not assist. Today I called in for a simple thing to confirm how much would be paid and when but no one knows... No one can assist now the manager is gone to the doctor... It is a real nightmare dealing 1st for women.
