Abandoned to deal with liabilities covered by insurance

1st for woman is a **** i had an accident in 2021, and even today I am still being threatened and taken to court for liabilities for which I had a cover with them. 1st for woman is ignoring me and all the documents i have sent them. I was with this insurance company for over 5 years, paid them without fail, i was also covered for R5 million in liability, but they still abandoned me.
