A Year later & no results from legal dept
I have been dealing with the FFW legal dept for a year now re an accident I had in May (someone drove into the back of me). Legal is supposed to claim the repair cost & my access back from the person who caused the accident. It has now been handed over to attorneys. FFW havent even provided myself nor the attorneys with the Police report. They have made no effort to obtain any information on this case. All the information that FFW & the attorneys have on this case is what i have managed to trace myself. I have been **** to & misled for a year. The attitude of the people i have dealt with is one of disregard & uninterest. Needless to say i am no longer with them. I do however want my access back!
