A very bad service from 1st for women insurance

Good day.

I have throughout this week and last week been calling first for women insurance to track the progress of my claim with no joy. You have asked me to send you am email to narrate what had happened and here is the narration:

On the 01 June 2016, I parked my car (which is insured with you) in the municipal premises and used the municipal transport to attend a workshop at Mahikeng (approximately 72 kilometres from setlagole). During the time I and my other collegues were in a workshop. The municipality (my employer) experienced riots as the community members were picketing outside municipal premises. I am told that at a certain time they entered into the premises forcefully and vandalised some of the property of the municipality which included my car. My car has three windows shuttered and big scratches. To this day my car has not been towed and has been left at the scene for the whole week.

I have called the SASRIA directly to assist me and they could pick my claim from their side as it was not registered with them by 1st for women insurance.

I intend on changing this insurance as it does not fulfill my needs in anyway, this is my first claim ever since i bought my car 4 years back and i have never skipped any of the premiums.
