A very bad experience considering my premiums were changed without my knowledge and as to why I haven’t been contacted. Thank you to Thendo, I’m relieved. Such a humbled human being who does his job very well. For a moment when he said “Welcome to retentions” I was fuming and thinking there goes retaining the customer part. But I must say, he deserves that position and even more because I’m retained. You were a good help Thendo.
