Guys, after dropping a review on this platform regarding First for Women's handling my claim and declining it, they called and I was attended to by a professional, a well-mannered person, a listener, a mediator, a gentleman. The guy is Hemesh Rampersad...oh God bless this gentleman. He listened carefully to my story and apologized of how my claim was handled by both the Assessor they sent and the girl who doesn't value a client called Lerika.

Hemesh called me and I was unavailable. He tried and still I was unavailable. He dropped me a notification to state that he's been wanting to speak to but couldn't get through. At first, I actually ignored some calls from First for Women out of the disappointment I felt. I said I should give him an ear. He called, late I the afternoon. I narrated Mt story. He listened. He told me what I needed to furnish him with and I comp****. The claim was settled in no time. A claim that was once rejected was now getting a settlement. Oh that Lerika should be taught on how to handle clients. It is not the result of the claim that hurts the most but how it was handled. The girl handled me like a nobody.

Hemesh Rampersad! Even if I had a thousand tongues, it'll still not be enough to say "thank you ". I know the claim was not 100% settled because of the terms and conditions that I am well aware of, but you did great! Even if there was no compensation, your kindness still would be enough.

Where can we get more Hemesh's? This industry needs people like him.
