A month and my car is still not touched at repairs, waiting for my insurance approval

I've been their client for some years now. I claimed for an accident which i got on an easter weekend the very same week, a month later and my car still hasn't been repaired or parts ordered, that means it's just sitting at the repairs. When i call the repairs they say they are waiting for my insurance to approve an order of additional parts needed related ro the accident. My insurance is just relaxed, not approving anything, not pushing for my car to be repaird. A full month and my car remains untouched at repairs, that time courtesy car is only valid for 30days.
