Pet Insurance department- Big Shout out to Nishani Mangaroo. I was not happy for not receiving my documents after my first payment. This lovely lady called to see why I cancelled- I was not interested, as upset as I was, she managed to convince me to re-instate my policy! just by her excellent service and explanation I could not help but listen and think wow she is amazing. She is remarkable- Your institute is 1 more client happier and a client monthly now on board due this lovely lady! well-done to her.
