A COMPLAINT ABOUT 1ST FOR WOMEN

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the services rendered by this company and every time I call for an enquiry I get redirected to 1Life, a company that has no details of mine no matter how many times I get redirected in their offices. I do not get an accurate answer even in the emails and not they deduct their installments on odd dates. I am worried that if anything was to happen to me or my mother then I will not be able to make a claim because I am unable to reach them telephonically!

Please help.
