A comforting angel who rendered more than better service!!!
Shohana Balraj was amazing. She went beyond the call of duty doing what I never expected an insurance company to do. This is what excellence is about!!!
So calm and comforting. Individuals like her need to be celebrated and I hope first for woman will celebrate this lovely soul. What a legend.
