A awesome Lady by the name of Yolanda helped me and what a Profesional and lovely individual.I am not someone that grasps policies etc but she made it simple and easy and we had quite a few laughs..She is a true representation of what First for Women is about and this was purely by her tone her manner and truly putting the customer first.She needs to be promoted🙂🙂
