Bad service I have ever experienced in my whole life, I have insurance with 1st for Women, my policy was always up to date , on the 9th of January I made a claim my washing machine was not working, they sent an assessor to come and check the machine which the end up taking my machine, now they are telling me that my washing machine is very old they won't fix it, what surprising me is that I have been paying for that machine for a very long time without them telling me that now my machine is no longer covered they keep on deducting money, now they keep the machine with them, when I call them they don't give me tangible answer. I regret recruiting my colleagues to join 1st for Women insurance but surely I know that the will cancel the insurance because they ****ed me .
