70% increase in 3 years-with zero claims!

<p>I've been with ffw for 3 years now. Started off really well. After year 1, they sent me an email saying that my premium is increasing (by more than R100 pm). I phoned them quite upset and they "reassessed" my account. They readjusted the increase to something like R20-which was fine. Last year another email with another large increase, which I didn't question. Today, AGAIN (3rd year in a row), I received an email with a mother increase of over R100 pm. That's 70% increase in 3 years. I have had zero claims and pay by debit order. I haven't cost ffw a cent since joining, yet they have no problem robbing me with ridiculous increases. It is actually shocking and I am so disappointed that the insurance provider I've been recommending for 3 years is treating their clients like that. And it's not the first time I've heard people complain about it. I'll be looking for other insurance for sure! </p>
