62% increase
Our premium went up by 62% this month!!! When asked for an explanation they mumbled something about risk profile. Well we didn't claim, it's the same car, same driver, same address. So where did my risk profile change? In the end they agreed to 'only' increase the premium by 48%. You must be joking.
