My mother is covered for house hold insurance, she just claimed for a 50 inch Led TV , they approved and said takelot will deliver, TV cost R6000 but they want her to pay R4700 for access but when she was taking it out she was told all house hold items had a R2700 access so they are only liable for R1300 , daylight *******
