6 months later and no contact
I have business insurance and had some equipment ******. I reported the theft and was advised by Narishka in the call centre to find the original receipts. I mailed as i had to search. Sent one but they had to reopen my case. Not heard anything, I mailed again and called, seems my case had to be reopened a second time. They have original receipts bar one- but policy doesn't state I have to submit them to claim anyway! They have serial numbers for my equipment so I think that is sufficient. I have turned down bookings due to no cameras and am sick of sending mails and calling. Respond!!!
