6 efforts to change contact info!!!

Good day,<br> I've had to lodge a claim recently with you and after you sent me an updated policy end of January,I then informed your call center verbally 3 times and have emailed you now 3 times that my contact and other info is incorrect.<br> Somehow you've done the email change(as you sent me one saying the cellphone isn't working...no kidding!) so how can you not change the cell phone number as well after being told 6 times???<br> Since lodging the claim, you haven't contacted me ONCE in over 7 working days. I've had to phone YOU all the time and you STILL don't see the importance of changing my contact info???<br> HOW DO I GET YOU TO CHANGE MY CONTACT INFO SO THAT YOU CAN CALL ME AND TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CLAIM???<br> WHY AM I RUNNING AFTER YOU...WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL THIS...????<br> IS ANYBODY OUT THERE THAT CAN ACTUALLY CHANGE MY INFORMATION ONCE AND FOR ALL???<br> and I of course cant place my cell phone number on this open forum.Find my emails and call me please!!!!!!<br> The many ladies in the office who used to use you where right...I made the wrong choice by going with First for Woman...lesson learnt<br> <br>
