4 YEARS fail car rectification

My Car was in an accident and since 2018 I've been taken from Pillar to post for the rectification of my car. My car boot is literally a fish pond, i have been sending endless emails to the assessor and the panel beater since 2018 regarding this matter, My car has so many issue, Misaligned door and boot. Rear light taking in water. Spare wheel area gets flooded. Now the paint is peeling. The assessor came for another assessment around November 2020 and after endless emails only now end of March was my car requested at the panel beater. When I get there the panel beater has absolutely no idea of what needs to happen to the car. then do a follow up with the assessor to send the list items of things to be done so I do not end up in a situation where i have no car for the whole week, sitting at the panel beater and upon collection nothing is done. I feel I have given these folks way to many chances and now I'm at the point where I really ****ed off 2*** NOTHING YET MY PREMIUM IS DEBITED WITH NO FAIL.
