4 weeks and counting without a car

So I was in an accident on the 29 Dec and I submitted my claim and all documents required. Needless to say, my car is yet to undergo repairs. you took your own precious time to approve my claim and now the panel beater than was chosen by you (Renew-It) is also taking their time to fix my car, knowing very well that the courtesy car is only for 16 days . No one wants to take accountability for anything, the insurance premium for January is due in two days time, hell my car installment is also due same day, for a car I have no right of use off. I am currently taking public transport with my child which is a nightmare yet I have a car and insurance and still I am paying. Why is there no urgency and courtesy. How am I supposed to recommend you to anyone when all you offer me is frustration. I have to call everyday with my own money and time, this is really inconveniencing. You need to treat your customers better, we deserve better! This is not what you sell us when you want us to join your company, so please live up to your promises and ensure I have my car back ASAP. I cannot wait the whole month just for a car to be fixed....really...

@First For Women, since you and the panel beaters that you have chosen are unable to fix my car because of one part that other Suzuki parts department have in stock I will be taking this matter to the Insurance Ombudsman to let them know how cruel you treat your customers when they are in need
