3rd Party Claim not resolved

I registered a 3rd party claim with first for women on the 2nd August,to date my car hasnt been fixed.Ive communicated with a lady by the name of Koketso Rapola and shes been giving me the run around,from not answering my calls,to delaying the claim.On Monday (12th August) she said the repairers would call me after 72 hours,i called on the 15th and to my suprise she sends me to new repairers.She transfered my call to the repairers before answering any of my questions.To my suprise their clients car went for repairs on Monday 12th.I am inconvienenced by first for women ,as i have no courtesy car and my car has been sitting for 2 weeks,with no answers from them.Its really frustrating because their client was at fault with the accident.
