3rd party claim not approved

I have been with 1st for woman for more than 5 years with account no. ***, I was disappointed with the 3rd party claim which was not approved as if the next person wanted to be bumped by me. The owner of the car was not even inside the car when I bumped his packed car inside the office premises. After 6months of dealing with this unprofessional Tiisetso Ramokgopa the claim was denied. I would suggest for anyone to think twice before going for 1st for woman.
